Just a couple tips from my training in self defense. When on a street with shops/stores after they are closed, just about every shop is wired with alarms, so if you know you are being pursued, take whatever you find on the street and try to throw it through the shop window, alarm goes off, he knows cops are on the way. And if in a parking garage, start hitting cars or jump up on hoods of cars and set off alarms.
